Field Quality Analyst

Location: Bangalore, Karnataka

Role Overview: The Field Quality Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of services provided by the company’s service centers. This position involves regular field visits to service centers, where the analyst will assess and audit the work performed by technicians based on predefined parameters.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct regular field visits to service centers across Bangalore.
  2. Audit the quality of work performed by technicians, ensuring adherence to company standards.
  3. Evaluate service center processes, procedures, and customer interactions.
  4. Document findings and provide detailed reports on service quality.
  5. Collaborate with service center managers to address any identified issues promptly.
  6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company guidelines during field visits.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum educational qualification: Graduation or any polytechnic diploma.
  • Valid two-wheeler license and access to a bike for field visits.
  • Proficiency in using a laptop for documentation and reporting.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with service center staff.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in quality assurance or field auditing is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with the tyre industry and automotive services is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel within Bangalore as needed.
  • Comfortable working in a field-based role.
