About the role:
Looking for right candidate from sales/marketing background for one of our esteemed clients from Tyre industry in passenger vehicle segment (PV). This role will directly be working with the corporate marketing & networking team and driving initiatives around marketing Excellence across India, reviewing the sales efficacy at Multi brand outlets.
Job Description:
• Managing team of marketing implementation specialists spread across India
• Managing team performance, travel plans, client management, monthly/quarterly business reviews and sub-ordinate development
•Gauge the distribution of marketing programs for PV from start to finish, leveraging internal
• support and driving collaboration
Analyze influencer insights, consumer trends, dealership VOC, market analysis, and marketing
• best practices for business insights
Act as a COE for BRO’s at RBU’s and do market visits along with team members to capture dealer VOC, influencers’ insights, dealer complaint tracking and share insights with corporate HO team
• Facilitate co-ordination & communication with BRO & Sales Team
• BRO performance (Sales target, Branding & Store upkeep)
• Handle dealership level preventive attrition
• Connect with dealers and guide them on Loyalty programs and categorization movements
• Capture dealer feedback and close looping
• Maintain a repository of store upkeep in form of pictures and validate at the time of visits.
Requirements:
•MBA Marketing preferred with 3-7 years of experience in automobile/FMCG/Consumer Durables/Automotive industry.
•Proven track record of successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies and achieving business targets.
•Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
•Proficiency in digital marketing tools and techniques.
