We are seeking a dedicated and persuasive Telecaller to join our team in Mumbai. This role
involves promoting and selling loan products, including Personal Loans (PL) and Business Loans
(BL), to potential clients. The Telecaller will be responsible for generating leads, making outbound
calls, providing excellent customer service, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will
have a customer-focused approach, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset.
Roles & responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote loan products (PL and BL).
Generate leads through cold calling and other outreach methods.
Educate clients about loan products, eligibility criteria, and application processes.
Meet and exceed sales targets by closing deals with prospective customers.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Provide exceptional customer service to address queries and resolve issues.
Collaborate with the sales team to share feedback and improve strategies.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor offerings to provide insights.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, business, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in financial products like
loans.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a persuasive approach.
Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a target-driven environment.
Familiarity with loan products and financial services is an advantage.
Basic proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
