Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Conduct regular field visits to service centers across Bangalore.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Audit the quality of work performed by technicians, ensuring adherence to company standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Evaluate service center processes, procedures, and customer interactions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Document findings and provide detailed reports on service quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Collaborate with service center managers to address any identified issues promptly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to service quality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company guidelines during field visits.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    Qualifications:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    • Minimum educational qualification: Graduation or any polytechnic diploma.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Valid two-wheeler license and access to a bike for field visits.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Proficiency in using a laptop for documentation and reporting.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with service center staff.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

      • Prior experience in quality assurance or field auditing is advantageous.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
